The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and it appears that marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year, 2007 and her death took place in the year, 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
