290 pouches each containing 200 ml countrymade wine were recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that, petitioner along with his son Chandan Kumar were apprehended. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 10.04.2017, having clean antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Om Prakash Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.
