ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019 in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 (G.R. No. 365 of 2019), registered for the offence under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confessional statement made before the police by one Kundan Kumar which has no evidentiary value, the petitioner is not even remotely connected with the offence. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade.

Case No. 10 of 2019 (G. R. No. 365 of 2019).
