JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2023 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the mercy appeal filed by the petitioner before the Director General, Railway Protection Force, New Delhi on 27.02.2023 is still pending adjudication, hence it is submitted that the Director General, Railway Protection Force, New Delhi be directed to dispose off the said mercy appeal.

It is needless to state that in case the aforesaid mercy appeal, filed by the petitioner, has not yet been disposed off, the Director General, Railway Protection Force, New Delhi shall dispose off the same, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
