The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.10.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the sister of the informant.

Earlier the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 53473 of 2013 by a coordinate Bench of this Court on the ground that the petitioner is accused in six other cases but liberty was given to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after completing one year in custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is accused in five

In view of liberty stipulated in earlier order dated 11.04.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53473 of 2013, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013.

Learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if the petitioner defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets substantially involved in some serious nature of offence.
