Five litres of countrymade wine was seized from the possession of petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 06.03.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Mahesh Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.
