Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013 registered under Sections- 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the co-accused. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2013 and 22.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 22538 of 2013 and 12449 of 2014 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28028 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013.
