Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.42 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. As per the prosecution case, 45 liters of Nepali wine was seized from a Pulsar motorcycle of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case.
