This application for regular bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, disclosing the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 302 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased who is in custody since 10.06.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the in-laws of the deceased have been implicated solely based on suspicion. He has also argued that the husband of the deceased has been allowed regular bail by the court below under Section 167(2) Cr. P.C.

No.57492 of 2019(4) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 In the facts and circumstances and keeping in mind the fact that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner, constituting offence, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail Bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
