Right from the beginning on 19.01.2017 and 20.01.2017, time has been taken on behalf of the petitioner and on 24.01.2017, the petition, in fact, was dismissed for non appearance. However, the same was restored on 01.03.2017.

2. Today again, prayer being made for time, in the opinion of the Court is totally unreasonable.
