For issuance of direction/ directions or order/ orders or writ/ writs particularly in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 08.11.2019 passed in Anganbari Appeal No. 95/2017 by the District Programme Officer (Respondent No.-3) by which selection on the post of Anganbari Sahayika for the Centre Code No.-250, Ward No.-06, Panchayat

For issuance of direction or order or writ particularly in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authority to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sahayika with all consequential benefits.

iii. For issuance of direction or order or an appropriate writ to the respondent particularly Respondent No.-02 to disposed of the Misc. Appeal No.- 06/2020 with reasoned and speaking order within stipulated period of time."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna to dispose off the Misc. Appeal No. 06 of 2020 filed by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid Misc. Appeal is still pending, the same shall definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and

Appeal, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks' from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
