1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No.194 of 2023, registered for offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable her to surrender before the learned Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-5th-cum-Excise Court No.-II, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No.194 of 2023 and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61655 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 petitioner, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
