Patna High Court L.P.A No.1105 of 2018(3) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 since the judgment under Appeal was also challenged in Letters Patent Appeal No.726 of 2018 and the same has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 26.06.2018.

Accordingly, this Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
