The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was married in the year 1997-1998 with late Jitendra Mishra and after death of her husband, there is allegation of torture including physical assault by the petitioners who are mother-in-law (widow) and Devar of the informant. Submission is that for property dispute, the present false case has been lodged.
Let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
