The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No.200 of 2013 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner is 73 years old lady having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.61099 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No.200 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.671 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
