The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per allegation, 380 liters foreign liquor was recovered.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Allegation upon the petitioners is that they were seen fleeing away from the place at the time of raid by the police party. Petitioners claim their antecedents to be clean and they are in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Vth, Saran, Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.34 of 2017.

Further, if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
