JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.686 of 2014, disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 05.06.2015 and charge-sheet has already been submitted, this application is allowed.

No.47516 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.686 of 2014.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required, and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court, on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
