The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019 in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 15, 18, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever may be the allegation against others, the sole allegation is against the petitioner is that he was engaged to cover the truck with Tripal. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, he has nothing to do with the transportation of the Doda Powder which was said to have been loaded on the truck. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
