1. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has produced an order dated 10.05.2024, passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, which is taken on record. A copy of the said order dated 10.05.2024 has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. A bare perusal of the aforesaid order dated 10.05.2024, passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, shows that the concerned officials have been directed to ensure that the gift deed executed by the petitioner is cancelled and the land in question is returned back to the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14841 of 2023(3) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that if it be so, the grievances of the petitioner stands redressed, however, a time frame be fixed for the aforesaid purpose.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, to ensure that the needful is done and the land in question, belonging to the petitioner is returned back to him, within a period of three months from today.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
