Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Industrial P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except confession of the co-accused there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
