2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 328, 307, 302/34 of the IPC.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no.3 caught hold of the deceased, petitioner no.1 brought poison from the house and petitioner no.2 forcibly administered the poison in the mouth of son of informant. Thereafter, all the accused persons went away after locking informant's son in the room. Anyhow, he was taken to the hospital where he died during treatment.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, deceased had unstable family life and he was alcoholic and had developed suicidal tendency leading to consuming poisonous substance. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Post mortem report reveals that celphos was found in the body of the deceased.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of accusation, prayer for bail of these petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
