In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) ..Case No. 359 of 2015 registered u/s 147, 148, 149, 353, 342, 323 379, and 307 IPC.

It appears that Suresh Rai, who sustained injury has made allegation that on 23rd July 2015 when he along with others reached village Tarsarai and were waiting to measure the road, villagers came and raised hulla "Bachacha Chor" and searched the van and bag of the informant and took away two mobiles bearing double SIM of different company. Allegation has been made that two persons surrounded the neck of the informant by scarf and assaulted him by fists and slaps, including Lathi and Danda. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48178 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 had made accused about 200 persons. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Pappu Sahni is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Sadar (Bhalpattti O.P.)
