The petitioner seeks bail in Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S. Case No. 51/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Excise Act, 2016.

20 litres of Mahua wine and 21 litres of country-made wine of Jharkhand is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
