This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.08.2022 passed in CWJC No. 12990 of 2017 whereby the petitioner has been directed to file an application before the LARRA, Munger within six weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this modification

Patna High Court MJC No.2104 of 2022(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 application, it is allowed. Time for filing an application before the LARRA, Munger is extended by eight weeks from today. Accordingly, the order dated 23.08.2022 passed in CWJC No. 12990 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
