Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had gone to surrender before the court below but, on account of death of some lawyer, the Court was not functioning, repeatedly he went to surrender and lastly when the petitioner appeared on 13.8.2019 before the court below, the court below refused to give relief as per the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that this Court should extend the time to surrender before the court below.

In view of the above, let the petitioner should appear before the court below within a period of three weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56279 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 today and, on that day, the petitioner will be granted provisional bail and the court below will fix a particular date for appearance of the Complainant as well as the petitioner and, on that day itself, the petitioner will carry his daughter-in-law to his place. This application stands disposed of.
