2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 214 of 2025 instituted for the offences Sections 303(2)/317(2)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the accusation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of stealing three aluminum coils worth Rs. 3,12,196/- from S.J.V.N. Power Plant out of which they sold a coil to Ajay Thathera.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as

The petitioner is the supplier of Mineral Water to S.J.V.N. and L.N.T. in power plant. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case because of his being the owner of the alleged vehicle and is also the supplier of mineral water in the alleged plant. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 18.05.2025 without any rhymes or reason.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, stating that the offence alleged is serious in nature.

Having heard rival contention of both the parties and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with
