The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the petitioners resorted to fire but no injury was caused to anyone and they also put the houses of the informant and Kari Devi on fire.

No.54033 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on the record to suggest that actually the houses of the informant and Kari Devi were put on fire. The accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Moreover, the accusation is omnibus and general against 14 persons.

This Court finds no reason to revise the earlier order. However, considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
