The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 1.8.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 578 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error, Section 379 of the IPC is not typed in 1st paragraph of the petition and therefore, the same mistake has been occurred in paragraph no. 2 of the said order. Let Section 379 of the IPC, be added in paragraph no. 2 of Cr. Misc. No. 2617 of 2022 passed on 01.08.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58224 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The order dated 01.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2617 of 2022 is modified to the above extent and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
