This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.W.J.C. No. 325 of 2016 which stood dismissed for default for non-prosecution of the petitioner (In-person) vide order dated 17.10.2016.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed and Cr.W.J.C. No. 325 of 2016 is restored to its original file.

Case No. 39 of 1998 registered under sections 420 and 411 of I.P.C. Considering the nature of prayer and also taking into consideration the fact that the case is of 1998, the petitioner is directed to take legal steps in accordance with law in the Court below if the chargesheet has not already been submitted or the investigation is pending. There is no point keeping the case pending in this Court.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this case is disposed of.
