Petitioners herein apprehend their arrest in connection with complaint case no. 698 of 2013, registered under Sections 341,323,504,379/34 of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

The allegation is that the petitioners belonged to one family entered into the 'Aangan' and citing the complainant as the 'daain' fisted and assaulted her. Allegation of committing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46408 of 2014 (3) dt.26-06-2015 2/3 theft and forcibly trying her to drink soil water are attributed to co-accused, namely Raghunandan Rai and Anil Yadav who are not the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint case no. 698 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. with following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors in each case shall be the own/close family member of the petitioners.

(ii) As soon as the charges are framed the petitioners shall appear in person before the trial court on the date(s) fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial Court shall have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners and
