2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been arrested on the spot with one live cartridge, one master key and one mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024.

7. As per instruction, the petitioner after grant of bail will stay at the following address- "C/o Ashok Chaudhary Mukundaur Gaon (Mukunpur Gaon), Part-I A Block, Gali No. 4 Bhalausa Police Station (Delhi)-110042."

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bhalausa Police Station, Delhi, Pin-110042 on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner will visit Bihar only on the date fixed in the present case as well as in other cases in which he is an accused and is required to visit the Court. Before leaving Delhi the petitioner will inform the local police station about the case and the date and the period for which he is going to stay in
