JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was made accused in a case registered under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that he and other accused were caught with stolen cattle. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 23.02.2016 and Annexure-3 series reveal that informant and some other witnesses have already been examined. Para-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
