The petitioner is accused in connection with Hasidhi P.S. Case No. 341 of 2016 registered under sections 395 and 328 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Motihari at East Champaran.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is quite innocent and has committed no offence. It is also submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that in course of raid, looted articles have been recovered from the house of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17390 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
