JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 On behalf of the petitioner, a supplementary affidavit has been filed stating that in paragraph no. 4 of the main bail application, the prosecution case has wrongly been typed. Hence, supplementary affidavit is being filed, let it be kept on the record. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 419, 420, 421, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant Ravindra Harijan, P.S.I of Police Station, Sonbarsa Raj recorded his self statement mentioning therein that he alongwith other

No.48455 of 2014 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2 / 3 police personnel and force were in patrolling duty and they got confidential information that at the Darwaza of one Baso Thakur Panchayat Sachiv, Anil Verma is extracting money in unauthorized way from the villagers. The informant has claimed to have gone there and found that there is distribution of altogether 172 Ration Cards to consumers and accused persons in connivance were engaged in collecting money from the Ration Card holders. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was not present at the time of distribution of Ration Card. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the present case, let the above named, petitioner, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from
