The petitioner has filed the present writ petition only for a direction to the respondent no.5/Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna to pass order on the petition filed before the Circle Officer annexing the order dated 13.08.2017 passed by the Dy. Collector Land Reforms, Patna in Dakhil Khariz Appeal Case No.63/2012-13.

Having considered the nature of prayer, the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.18511 of 2019(3) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna to dispose of the petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
