The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 427, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local panchayat politics. Further he submits that the present case is lodged after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62761 of 2022(2) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 lapse of ten days of the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnia in connection with Amour P.S.
