In my view, in the light of Division Bench decision of this Court reported in (2019(4) PLJR 833 (Lalu Kumar @ Lal Babu Vs. State of Bihar and others), dealing with sub-Section (5) of Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, this application cannot be maintained.

The petitioner has remedy of preferring an appeal under the said provisions of the Act.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner shall be at liberty to prefer appeal against the impugned order passed by the Children's Court. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
