JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 26-07-2023 The present M.J.C. is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.08.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10268 of 2021. In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have approached the concerned authority on 16.08.2021. Thereafter, the concerned authority was required to pass speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2021. However, the same has not been complied. Hence, the present M.J.C. is filed.

2. During pendency of the present M.J.C. petition. The respondents have taken steps to sanction certain amounts for construction of boundary wall, thereafter, certain steps have been taken to construct the boundary wall. If there is any delay in construction of boundary wall, the petitioner is at liberty to

3. With the above observation, the present contempt petition stands dropped.
