SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 The present Civil Miscellaneous Application has been filed be the petitioner for a direction to the learned Sub Judge II, Patna to dispose of Title Partition Suit No. 122 of 1997 at the earliest which is pending in the Court of learned Sub Judge II, Patna since last 26 years and till date even the issues have not been framed.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.941 of 2023(8) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 on behalf of respondents, takes this Court to order dated 11.09.2023 of Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No. 1644 of 2018 which was further modified vide order dated 10.10.2023 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by which the proceedings of Court below in Connection with Title Partition Suit No. 122 of 1997 is stayed.

3. In view of the aforesaid order, the present Civil Miscellaneous application has become infructuous and accordingly it is disposed of.
