This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act and 53(B) of the Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Allegation is that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The investigation is already complete now.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, specially the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dihri, Rohtas, or successor Court.
