In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding to the respondents and quash the impugned order dated 01.08.07 bearing Memo no.2894, issued by the Executive Director, Bihar Industry Area Development Authority, Patna (Respondent No.3) after taken permission for acceptance of said order

Patna High Court CWJC No.12828 of 2008(6) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 by Resp. no.2 contained in Annexure-4 to this petition, by which the allotment of the shed/land as well as lease deed of the petitioner has been cancelled, without jurisdiction.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the issue has already been decided by order dated 18.03.2015 passed in L.P.A. No.353 of 2008 and analogous cases. The present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order 18.03.2015 passed in L.P.A. No.353 of 2008 and analogous cases.
