1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is directed to consider the cases of petitioner for absorption under a scheme framed by the State as petitioner completed more than three years of service as Non formal education supervisor whose cases has already been considered after several orders of this Hon'ble court but the name of the petitioner deliberately left over by the respondent and petitioner several time

Patna High Court CWJC No.16419 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 requested before the authority to consider the case of the petitioner but the authority only misguides him which compel the petitioner to file the present case and further petitioner prays to disposed of the case of the petitioner in terms of CWJC No 16081/ 2001 and CWJC NO 13893/2001 which have been disposed of vide order dated 21.07.09 and 21.01.09 and/or pass such other order/ orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
