Aggrieved by the selection of the private respondents no. 6 and 7 as Anganwari Sevika for Centre No. 167 of Ward No. 4 under Gram Panchayat Raj Naula in the district of Saharsa, this writ application has been filed. Petitioner claims that their selection is based on forged certificate which they had submitted before the Selection Committee.

3. Petitioner is said to have filed an objection, which is the remedy under the guidelines governing such selection, before the Child Development Project Officer, Nauhatta on 11.06.2019.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that no decision has been taken by the Child Development Project Officer, Nauhatta so far though under the guidelines he was required to dispose of the objection within 30 days from the date of its receipt.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Child Development Project Officer, Nauhatta to dispose of the petitioner's objection within 15 days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
