This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 30(a) and 35(c) of Bihar Excise Act. Three hundred and fifty five liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.03.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court with the condition that even of report of any subsequent offence of similar nature by the petitioner that would be a ground for cancellation of the bail of this case also by the learned Court below.
