JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Considering the fact that opposite parties have carried out the direction issued by this Court so far as pension is concerned. However, arrears of payment has not been cleared as yet.

Considering the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the University for raising his grievance.

In the event, such representation is filed alongwith a

Patna High Court MJC No.3025 of 2018(4) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 copy of this order before the Vice-Chancellor, the ViceChancellor is required to required to pass reason speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation. It goes without saying that admissible amount shall be paid to the petitioner.
