2. The petitioner retired on 31.10.2013 as Associate Professor in Economics from Ramesh Jha Mahila College, Saharsa. He has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to make payment of all his retiral dues.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that apart from pension and gratuity, no other retiral dues has been paid to

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the B.N.Mandal University has submitted that he has received instruction from the respondents that payment of all the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner would be made within four weeks from today.

5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar, B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura, within two weeks from today raising all his claims in respect of retiral dues. In case, such representation is filed, the Registrar of the University shall be required to examine the same and pay all his admissible retiral dues within one month. In case, any of the claims of the petitioner is rejected, a reasoned order must be passed and communicated to the petitioner on his postal address without delay.
