On account of murder of Baishakin Das, his wife, Arti Das had filed a written report wherein she had put suspicion against Jaldhar Das as well as Sitaram Das in the background of brawl having amongst the parties in the preceding evening and for that, a Panchayati was convened. Although, charge-sheet had already been submitted but while going through the case diary, it is evident that the witnesses, whoever been examined, happen to be hearsay witnesses.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Jaldhar Das, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
