JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it is alleged that deceased had gone to take his wife from her parental home but subsequently the dead body of the deceased was found in Sareh and none had seen the actual killing of the deceased and moreover, after investigation police submitted charge sheet under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Jogapatti ( Nawalpur) P.S.Case No. 170 of 2015.
