The petitioner seeks bail in Trial No. 2512 of 2016, arising out of Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 778 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act.

The police caught the petitioner and from his possession one loaded country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered. The motorcycle was also recovered and the petitioner is owner of the motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
