SINHA) Date: 19-01-2015 In the light of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2014 order dated 17.01.2015 has been passed initiating a proceeding under Section 399 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 against Smt. Prabha Devi, wife of Sri Muneshwar Singh, resident of G-122, P.C. Colony, Kankarbagh, Patna, as according to petitioner construction over the said plot has been raised without leaving the set back. In the light of the assertions made in the

Patna High Court MJC No.4330 of 2014 dt.19-01-2015 2/2 representation directions have also been given to the Officer-inCharge, Kankarbagh to ensure that no further construction is raised over the plot.

In the light of the fact that the proceedings have already been initiated, no further action is required in the contempt petition, which is, accordingy, disposed of observing that the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation should dispose of the proceeding as early as possible.
